Margareth Amitrano is a member of the Rome Bar Association (October 1984) and she has been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since June 1997.

For over thirty years she has been involved in the protection and defense of individuals and legal entities in criminal proceedings in Italy, especially for offended parties.

During her professional activity, she has acquired considerable experience in the field of crimes against the public administration, the administration of justice, the individual, and of property, as well as in the field of medical and professional liability, organized crime, terrorism, and military crimes.

As a result of her over three decades of professional experience assisting numerous and well-known exponents of organized crime within the Italian court system and before the Supreme Court, and as a partner in a firm specializing in criminal execution, she has been called upon to consult for numerous major Italian criminal law firms located both in Rome and throughout Italy’s twenty administrative regions.

Her fluency in the German language has allowed her to additionally take on assignments with strong international connotation.
