Cybercrime and Cybersecurity

Cybercrime represents an area of expertise that the Law Firm, over time, has focused on and implemented also due to the growing number of cyber-attacks, identity thefts and online frauds, dealing with various forms of computer crime and taking care of computer systems security (so-called 'Cybersecurity').

DAlex has handled cases of ransomware attacks, computer fraud and unauthorized access to computer systems of public bodies, companies and individuals.

Thanks to their participation in specific training activities on the subject, the Law Firm's professionals have also developed solid skills in offences against property and the person committed through the use of technological and IT means.

In particular, protection is offered in the areas of cyber-stalking, cyberbullying, revenge porn, child pornography (also with reference to jurisprudential developments based on the Lanzarote Convention), digital identity theft, forgery of computer documents, damage to computer data and programs cryptocurrencies and NFTs.
